Criminal record extract (Police)
This is required for anyone planning to work as a personal assistant for a child. This form is a prerequisite before you can begin employment as an assistant working with children. If you, as a parent, plan to apply for assistance for your child, it is important to keep in mind that should you wish to have an assistant for your child in the future, such a record extract must be available with us as the employer.
